Paperwork gets started

Filling out the home study application is much more fun than morning sickness. And boy do I have points of reference for this observation. The application is obtrusive and personal and gets to the heart of who we are financially, spiritually, and personally very quickly. It goes from 0 to 160 in one page flat and gets the heart racing and makes me feel pregnant just filling it out. Yippee!

The questions are never ending and are there to make sure we're not total wackos and that we don't have horns coming out of our heads and a tail sprouting out our rears. Though there are times around five in the afternoons when I find my head throbs and I think just maybe horns might.....but I digress.

The application all totaled was 49 pages not including the cover page which rounded it out to an even 50. It included birth certificates, marriage certificate, physical exam forms for everybody, tax returns, medical insurance cards, driver's license, copy of the floor plan of the house along with picture of the front and back, autobiographies for both of us, complete date form (Ugh, I hated that one), Hague certificates.

I think I got it all....It felt really good to get it all in.

Next will come a form called the I600A. More to come on that.
